Right Here Pitcher, Put It In My Glove
I’ve read a lot about the power of visualizing myself receiving my desires. And I know the importance of putting myself right into the image, instead of watching myself do something. There’s many things that I know now because I’ve been studying so much and all this wonderful information flows into my life. Anyway, a couple of week ago I decided that part of my morning routine would be to spend 20-30 minutes doing very detailed visualizations on some of my new desires. And today, what I envisioned myself receiving this morning, came into my life just a few hours later.
My desire was to attract my favourite ideal client asking me to do more projects for him. By the way, this ideal client showed up in my life within 24 or 48 hours after my least favourite client was gone from my life, so I sure loved that I manifested him right back into my client list so immediately.
For the last 3 mornings I’ve pictured myself answering the phone and my ideal client asking me to do more projects. Then I visualized myself filling out an invoice and sending it to him. This afternoon, we met by phone to evaluate the recent project I did for him and then, spent another hour on the phone implementing three more projects.
Wow, I feel like a back-catcher on a ball team flashing signs to the pitcher and yelling, “Right here (smack my glove) pitcher! Right here! (smack, smack) Put it right in the glove…go team go!” And BAM, the ball comes right to me!
And today, it was just that easy!
P.S.
As I went for a walk this afternoon, I realized that it is equally important not only to give gratitude for receiving new desires but also to spend some time congratulating myself on manifesting this. Sometimes I don’t give myself the credit for being the manifestor of my new desires. I don’t mean to be egotistical. We are created as Co-creators of all that is in our life so not only am I grateful for receiving my desires, I’m grateful that I’m actually being the one who manifests it all. We all need to celebrate our manifestation successes more often, for all the little things and all the bigger things too.

Soul Plan for Prosperity
An upcoming program that revolutionizes your business plan.
It’s week six of beta-testing Linda Storey’s amazing new program. Her concept of creating a business plan that is founded on one’s soul and resonates in harmony with one’s true inner self is revolutionizing my approach to my business. I never, ever wanted to have anything to do with marketing but now that I recognize that the foundation of my marketing is my soul, I am eager to market my product because I want to fulfill my soul’s purpose. I want my product out there because I want to fulfill my calling.
The biggest transformation happening to me is that for the first time in over 25 years, I am finally completely “showing up” 100%. Before, doubts and limiting beliefs caused me to venture half-heartedly into my entrepreneur endeavours. Now that I know my soul’s calling, I’m giving 100% to my business and for the first time in my life, I believe 100% in what I am producing. I feel grounded and centered as I do whatever task needs doing.
I am in week number six of a 10 week course and I can hardly wait for the next lesson of this revolutionary approach to business prosperity.
Check out Linda’s website: http://www.soulplanforprosperity.com/
She’s almost ready to offer this course on her website so check back often.

Understanding Ho'oponopono in Depth
What is Ho’oponopono? Ho’oponopono has been used by Hawaiian Healers for hundreds and hundreds of years. It is based on an ancient ritual of spirit cleansing for our entire existence going back to the moment of our creation. It is comprised of three elements; repentance, forgiveness and transmutation.
Ancient Hawaiians believe that we exist as a physical being and an energy being. We carry the energy of ourselves, our family, relatives and ancestors with us in this life. In addition, our Subconscious Mind has recorded every memory of every experience we’ve had since our birth. We carry toxic energy from previous stress, illnesses and all manner of painful memories, whether it be anxiety, guilt, grief, frustration, regret or other negative attitudes and habits.
Teachers of Ho’oponopono teach that a problem is simply a memory that is replaying incessantly and monopolizing our Mind. A problem is also referred to as an error. We’ll go into this in more depth later. For now, I’d like to share with you how Ho’oponopono has been updated for use in our modern day life.
Updated Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono was first updated for today’s use by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, Kahuna Lapa'au (now deceased) who was recognized as a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983. Kahuna means “keeper of the secret” and Lapa’au means “A specialist in healing.” She was chosen to be Kahuna when very young and received her gift of healing at age three. Morrnah is the daughter of a member of the court of Queen Liliuokalani, who was the last sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands. For years she partnered with a previous student named Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. Ihaleakala is now the president and administrator of the Foundation of I, Inc.
The version we are learning about is a modernization of Ho’oponopono that is so effective, both Morrnah and Ihaleakala have taught this method at the United Nations, the World Health Organization, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the International Human Unity Conference of World Peace, the World Peace Conference, the Traditional Indian Medicine Conference, the Healers for Peace in Europe and the Hawaiian State Teachers Association.
Here is the liturgy that Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona taught:
“Divine Creator, father, mother, son as one. If I or my family or my relatives or ancestors have offended you, your family, your relatives or ancestors in any thought, word, deed or action from the beginning of my creation to this present time, we ask your forgiveness. May this cleanse, purify and release any memories, blocks, energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies into pure LIGHT. And it is done. Thank-you.”
Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len teaches another modernized cleansing tool. It’s called The Four Phrases and it goes like this:
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
All of this looks too easy and simple because our Western minds are only used to intellectualizing every experience we have. Our mind likes to manage problems not solve them. It likes to react, think and think, analyze, cope and think some more. But hey, if this has been taught to groups such as the United Nations and the World Peace Organization, I say, let’s look at it more closely! Other people are getting huge benefits from this, so there must be something of value here!
In order to understand Ho’oponopono, we need to look at the Hawaiian belief system that forms the foundation of this practice.
Ancient Hawaiian Beliefs:
1. Divine Intelligence: This is a term synonymous with God, Creator, Love, Higher Intelligence, Divine Consciousness or All-That-Is-Divine. In this article I have used the terms ‘Divine Intelligence’ and ‘All-That-Is-Divine’ interchangeably. Divine Intelligence is a state of infinity where we are at ONE with All-That-Is-Divine. This is the creator of our Self I-Dentity. (see #8 Belief))
2. We originate as ONE with Divinity, Love, Highest Intelligence, God, Creator or whatever word fits with you. We are made perfect, whole, complete, made in the likeness of Divinity and timeless—a perfect state. When we are memory free (problem free), we are one with our Divine Self as Divinity created us to be. Every memory of every experience, since the first moment of our creation is recorded as a thought form in our subconscious mind and in the process, we become the sum total of all our experiences.
3. All problems begin as thoughts: Having the thought is not the problem. The problem is that our thoughts become permeated with painful memories of persons, places or experiences.
4. At our creation we have no memories or problems. This is our foundation—infinity. Ancient Hawaiians refer to this as the VOID. It’s hard to comprehend with our modern day intellect, but this place, this VOID is the timeless foundation of the entire cosmos, both seen and unseen, both understood and not understood. Here is where Divinity (Creator, God, Love) creates us into a state called Self I-Dentity. This is where we reside as one with our Divine Intelligence, our Creator, our Higher Intelligence, or our God. Memories prevent the inflow of Inspiration from Divine Intelligence into our Mind
5. Memories create our existence: Our existence is the sum total of all of our experiences. Our brain inputs data from our sensory system. Our conscious mind then connects that data to a memory already stored in our subconscious mind. Nothing makes sense to us unless that connection is made. I am looking out of my window at a tree. I know it is a tree because the data that is coming into my mind is now connected to a previous experience of a tree. Our memories in our subconscious mind create our existent. My world is different than your world because I have different memories attached to incoming data. My memories of snow are based on experiences of happiness and joy as I frolicked with my siblings. Someone else lost someone dear to them on snow covered icy road. Their experience of snow is attached to very different memories than mine. See how this works. This is why we say that we exist as the sum total of all of our experiences.
6. Ho’oponopono is a process of returning to our perfect state:‘Ho’ means “cause” and 'oponopono' means “perfection”. Ho’oponopono is a process of returning to our perfect state, becoming ‘One’ again with Infinite Divine Intelligence. It is a simple, practical, powerful process that gives us the opportunity to restore ourselves as ‘One” with our infinite Divine Self (Our Self I-Dentity).
7. Our purpose: Our existence is a gift from Divine Intelligence. It is given to us so that we may fulfill our purpose which is to re-establish our Self I-Dentity as we exist as physical beings. We are restored back to be as ONE with All-That-Is-divine.
8. Self I-Dentity: this is the state we originated in at our creation. When we exist as Self I-Dentity, we are at one with All-That-Is-Divine. It is comprised of four aspects all working together as one unit. Our Divine Intelligence, our Superconscious Mind, our Conscious Mind and our Subconscious Mind work together releasing toxic energy (problems) that is created by our memories replaying in our Subconscious Mind. Self I-Dentity operates by Inspiration and memory. In any given moment, only one of them can be in command of the Subconscious Mind.
9. Transmutation: It is simply the process by which toxic energy (from memories) changes into a different form, in this case the energy of stress or a problem is changed into a One-ness with Divine Intelligence or All-That-Is-Divine.
10. Conscious Mind: Here is where all our choices originate. Here is where you initiate the process of Ho’oponopono.
11. Subconscious Mind: This is the storehouse of all the accumulated memories from the beginning of our creation. This is the place where experiences are experienced as memories replaying or as inspiration. Here is where your body and your world as you know it, reside as memories replaying. Here is where problems live on as memories replaying incessantly.
12. Super Conscious Mind: Oversees the Conscious and Sub Conscious Minds. It reviews and makes appropriate changes in the Ho’oponopono petition to Divine Intelligence which is initiated by the Conscious Mind. It is unaffected by memories replaying in the Subconscious Mind. It is always ONE with All-That-Is-Divine.
13. The Void: Void is the indestructible and timeless foundation of the entire cosmos, both seen and unseen. Hawaiians believe that Divine Intelligence transmutes memories to Void. Toxic energy is changed into the energy of pure Divinity. The Void is a state of pure, positive, infinite energy. It is, essentially, a place of nothing because ‘nothing’ can not be judged or improved upon.
Don’t worry if you don’t understand this at this point. It’s difficult for our Western minds to grasp intangible concepts of energy transmuting and transforming infinitely. The nice thing about Ho’oponopono is that you don’t have to understand it to use it. Most of us use computers and the internet without clearly understanding what they are, and how they do it. We receive many benefits from this technology and Ho’oponopono is much the same!
Problems, Memories and Inspiration
We are energetically burdened from our past.
All problems begin as thoughts. Thoughts trigger emotions. Our Subconscious Mind fills up with all manner of painful memories. Memories activate emotions and the result is stress or imbalance in our energy. A problem, whether big or small is simply a toxic memory replaying incessantly in our mind. Ho’oponopono is a petition to Love or Divine Creator to clear these toxic energies from yourself, your family, your relatives and your ancestors. Remember, our Subconscious Mind associates an action in the ‘now’ to a memory that happened in the past.
(See Belief #11)
Inspiration.
All Inspiration is a creation of the All-That-is-Divine. It manifests in the Subconscious Mind, where you experience it as a new occurrence. When you experience Inspiration you feel in the flow of happiness, joyfulness and love.
Memory
There are only two states in our Subconscious Mind. Either our Subconscious Mind is incessantly replaying a memory or it is receiving Inspiration. Replaying memories dictate what the Subconscious Mind experiences. It sees and behaves and feels and makes decisions based on what memories are dictating to it.
Memories preclude Inspiration.
Memory dictates everything.
It is essential to realize that both the Subconscious Mind and the Conscious Mind do not generate experiences of their own. Memory dictates everything. All life experiences are either expressions of memories replaying or they are Inspiration.
Simply put, all life experiences either feel bad (replaying memory) or they feel good (Inspiration).
Look inside yourself.
The purpose of Ho’oponopono is to connect with the All-That-is-Divine within us and be cleansed of all the toxic, stress causing energy of unwanted memories that we have accumulated right back to our ancestors. If you are experiencing stress or imbalance or illness, it can all be corrected by working on your inside-self. Every negative experience (including people that hurt you) is a reflection of what’s going on in your Mind.
Stop looking outward.
Blame no one.
Your outside world is created by your thoughts.
Be 100% Responsible
The first step in practicing Ho’oponopono is to take 100% responsibility for you and everything that is showing up in your world.
The Process of Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono is the way out of problems, obstacles, stress and illness. Ho’oponopono is the way to be restored back to Self I-Dentity; at ONE with All-That-Is-Divine. Our memories (in our Subconscious Mind) can only be erased by Divinity. Divinity created us so we can go directly to Divinity and ask that each memory be cleansed and transmuted into pure light (Love, Creator, God, All-That-Is-Divine.)
This is a whole new way of living. Up until now, your intellect tackles every problem that you perceive. But intellect can’t restore you to your Self I-Dentity. You want to let your problems go. Ho’oponopono takes a painful thought or memory and neutralizes or purifies it. The person, place or thing that you associate with that memory does not need purifying. It’s the energy that is associated with those memories that needs purifying.
Here’s how Ho’oponopono works.
First you notice a problem you are experiencing physically, emotionally or mentally. You don’t need to know any details of this problem or error. You don’t have to analyze or even understand the problem. If the problem is with another person, just ask yourself, “What is it inside of me that is causing this negativity with this person?” Then it is simple; you begin purifying or cleansing with repentance, forgiveness and transmutation.
Repentance
I’m sorry
Forgiveness
Please forgive me.
We ask for forgiveness for not only ourselves, but for our family members, relatives, and ancestors because we don’t know if a problem happened in our lifetime or previously in our existence. Maybe your great-great-grandfather stole some horses. So we begin with repentance.
Example: “I’m sorry for whatever is going on inside of me that is causing these erroneous thoughts within me that have caused this problem with me and this person.”
You don’t need to go into anymore detail. Asking for forgiveness is not taking the blame or assuming that you have done something wrong. It is a willingness to respond and choose Ho’oponopono to deal with a memory that is running incessantly in your Mind.
Transmutation
(Thank-you, I love you)
Not only does toxic energy get neutralized or cleansed, it is also released leaving behind a brand new space because we don’t want to pollute the cosmos with our discarded negative energy. Pure light doesn’t contaminate and Divinity immediately flows into the new space.
All-That-Is- Divine flows through the Mind, beginning with the SuperConscious Mind and then flowing through the Conscious Mind freeing all the energy of our negatively charged memories. Lastly it moves into the Subconscious Mind, releasing the toxic energy and replacing it with itself—Love, Divinity, Creator, or God.
We return to that state of Oneness by asking for anything less than Oneness with Divine Intelligence to be released. We affect change in our world by affecting change inside ourselves.
We thank the memories for showing up. Each problem is an opportunity to rid yourself, your family, your relatives and your ancestors of toxic energy.
Example: “Memories, thank you so much for showing up. Now I have the chance to free myself. Thank you!”
Liturgy
Repentance, forgiveness and transmutation are also found in the liturgy taught by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona.
"Divine Creator, father, mother, son as one.
(Repentance) If I or my family, or relatives or ancestors have offended your family, relatives or ancestors in any thought, word, deed or action, from the beginning of our creation to this present time, We ask your forgiveness.
A short summary:
All negative energy in us is caused by memories replaying over and over again in our Subconsciuos Mind. Repentance (I’m sorry) happens in my Conscious Mind as I take responsibility for creating, accepting and accumulating memories replaying problems.
The next step is asking forgiveness from All-That-Is-Divine.
Next comes transmutation which only Divinity can do. All-That-Is-Divine transmutes these memories (thought-forms of energy) into pure Light (energy). Next, Divine Intelligence releases the energy from my mind and I am back at One with Divinity. I am Self I-Dentity once more and I am flooded with inspiration and insights, guided by All-That-Is-Divine.
I know it sounds simple and easy. For hundreds of years it has been simple, easy, powerful and transforming. Now that Ho’oponopono is being taught around the world, thousands of people are claiming all manner of benefits from using it. I hope you’ll give yourself permission to explore Ho’oponopono yourself and join those of us that are transforming our lives with it.

Where to go for Great Law of Attraction Teachings
For a long time I’ve wanted to blog on this topic. I thought I would begin by posting articles on the basics of Law of Attraction. However, there are lots and lots of places you can go to get fantastic information about Law of Attraction. If you want to get started and you don’t want to waste time googling, I highly recommend you visit these two sites. Michael Losier is a brilliant “how-to” guy when it comes to learning how to apply Law of Attraction to your daily life. His website is www.lawofattractionbook.com . You can spend a year at his site, it’s so rich with teachings. I also recommend Marty Marshes website http://www.greatlivingtoday.com/ He and I have worked hard together to bring you wonderful resources for Law of Attraction students, coaches and teachers.
So there…I’ve done it. I’ve led you to the best basics on the web.
Here’s a quick summary of what you should know about the Law of Attraction in order to join me as I do what I truly love—explore for evidence that Law of Attraction is effecting my life on a daily basis. If some of this doesn’t make sense, go back to the two websites I’ve mentioned and study all about it. You’ll be glad you did!
Here’s a 18 Point Summary of Law of Attraction basics:
1. Accept responsibility for your vibe—you get what you vibe; always. There are no exceptions.
2. Practice awareness of your vibe (track your feelings and your thoughts) until it is second nature to you.
3. Change your vibration as soon as you become aware you are sending out a negative vibe. Change your words, thoughts and mental images to change your vibe.
4. Strive to sustain your focus, attention and energy on things that generate a “feel good” vibe for you.
5. Duplicate the feeling of happiness to create more happiness more often.
6. Develop and master a new perspective on life—everything is energy including our thoughts.
7. Eliminate the words; Don’t, Not and No—ask yourself, “So, what DO I want?”
8. Use contrast to create clarity about your new desire.
9. Be deliberate in how you give attention, energy and focus to your new desire.
10. Use the phrase, “I’m in the process of …” at the beginning of every affirmation to make it 100% believable to you.
11. Limiting beliefs create doubt. Use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to erase limiting beliefs and tap in new positive ones. ( go to http://www.emofree.com/ to learn this powerful personal tool)
12. You are in control of your thoughts therefore; you control the speed at which your new desire will manifest in your life.
13. Let go of figuring out HOW your new desire will manifest in your life.
14. Take responsibility for what you attract into your life—your job is to manage your attraction zone while you let the Law of Attraction do the rest.
15. The Law of Attraction will line up all the actions, thoughts, situations and experiences necessary to cause your new desire to move towards you and manifest into your life.
16. You are always at choice to generate gratitude, duplicate happiness, and participate ONLY in things that make your feel good.
17. The Art of Allowing is a state of being. Allowing means you know full well your desire is on its way because you already feel great about receiving it.
18. Allowing is a feeling that runs in the background while you occupy yourself with tasks that feel good.
Collecting evidence of Law of Attraction at work in your life.
Once you understand that the Law of Attraction is one of the laws that govern our Universe, you’ll want to collect evidence that it is actually working in YOUR life. There’s lots of evidence that shows up in your daily life. Most of us have some good stuff in our life and some bad stuff. What you are really after is NEW evidence that you can manifest new desires DELIBERATELY.
Collecting evidence takes practice. You need to SEE the world from a different perspective. You are a vibrational being interacting with a vast, universal energy matrix. You need to practice a new and different awareness of your vibratory world. Right now, in your life, there is "stuff" that you’ve already manifested. Look at your day from a new mindset. There are lots of tiny desires that have showed up in your life; a good cup of coffee, a phone call with someone you’ve been trying to get a hold of all last week, and the fact that you are reading this while wearing comfortable clothing. And there's more! Have you ever had a small problem rolling around in the back of your mind and suddenly the ideal solution pops into your brain? You manifested that. What about a convenient parking space, or good seats at the movie theatre? You manifested those things too.
Most of us easily forget or dismiss all the tiny desires manifesting in our daily lives. We turn a blind eye to all the evidence showing up in our lives.
What feels satisfying and enjoyable right NOW, in THIS moment? Focus on that! Notice that! Collect it as evidence! Be grateful for it!
Noticing and celebrating the little smaller desires manifesting in your life opens you up for feeling more satisfaction, more joy and more happiness in your life. And when you feel that way, you are attracting more of the same to move into your life.
The goal is to become MORE satisfied and MORE joyful and MORE happy. It all keeps building on itself until, eventually, you start attracting some of your bigger desires.
Start collecting evidence today. WRITE IT DOWN AND SAVE IT. Stay focused on the evidence and your doubt will steadily diminish. This is where it all starts! Remember, you can only send out or emit one vibration at a time and collecting evidence is a wonderful way of boosting your positive vibes.
Stay tuned for more posts about Law of Attraction and evidence…Thanks for being here! Gizelle

Don't Mistake Action for BE-ing
Living in the FLOW
Don’t Mistake Action for BE-ing
Living in the flow is living my true purpose. When I am “in the flow” I feel light hearted, energetic and brimming with joy and gratitude. My insides feel like they are glowing. Tasks that need doing get done swiftly and easily. Time seems to stretch perfectly to fit my schedule leaving me with a sense that I have accomplished a lot in a very short time and now have lots of extra time to accomplish more.
When I am out-of-flow, I feel stressed, disassociated with my inner spirit and emotionally and physically heavy laden. How do I regain a sense of living my true purpose? This is what I’ve learned lately.
Don’t mistake action for BE-ing.
In other words, doing certain actions will not restore me to my purpose. Telling myself that IF I do this and this and this I will THEN be back in the flow and back to living my true purpose is the wrong way to go.
Action does not place me “in the flow”. Living in the flow means that I consciously create a state of being. It’s the BE-ing in the NOW that redirects me to living my true purpose. When I’m feeling stressed the wrong path is to direct myself to do this project and this task and this and that, in the hopes that when I have accomplished them I will magically regain a feeling of being “in the flow” again.
The purpose of my life is to BE-come my authentic BE-ing and to flow with joy, bliss and gratitude. My purpose is to BE in a state of BE-ing that serves my highest good. It all falls apart for me when I mistake DOING for BE-ing. Nothing that I set out TO DO will produce the state of BE-ing I desire. Instead, I have to first regain my sense of BE-ing and THEN set myself tasks and goals to accomplish.
I’m learning that it only takes a few moments of meditative quiet to make contact with my authentic self. I close my eyes and slowly let go of my physical self, allowing myself to BE an energy-being. I go to a special place and immerse myself in THE FLOW of Universal energy. I stay there long enough to shift into a place of gratitude and joyful expectation, reminding myself that my purpose is to create and experience a life of fun and enjoyment. I remind myself to lighten up and give myself permission to experiment and choose and discover this and that about my ideal life while I’m a physical being creating THIS reality with my thoughts. I remind myself that if I don’t like this reality I can start creating a new one.
Then, I slowly come back from these few moments of quiet meditation and refocus on a task at hand. It’s my state of BE-ing that defines my true purpose in life, not the actions I take or the DO-ing that I accomplish or don’t accomplish.
That’s what I’m in the process of learning and I hope that my VIBE VIEWPOINT inspires you.
Attraction Story -Driver's License
I run downstairs to answer the door and a nice looking young man is standing there holding up my purse. He said he had found it in the ditch a couple of blocks down the street. He’d found my address on my driver’s license, which led him to our front steps. I reached inside my purse for my wallet and at a glance I saw that it still had the $60.00 which was the change from my shopping the day before. I handed him a twenty dollar bill as I thanked him profusely. At first he refused but I persuaded him saying, “You’re my angel of the day! Please accept my gift of appreciation and gratitude.
And now, stand by for the REST OF THE STORY.
I’ve been procrastinating getting the address of my driver’s license changed for TWO YEARS as least. On the previous Friday, I was in town with my to-do list in my hand, steadfastly accomplishing one errand after another when I eventually ended up at the post office. Just as I left, a thought burst into my head. “Get your driver’s addressed changed!”
I didn’t know where the Motor Vehicle Branch and neither of the postal workers knew it’s location but a kind customer volunteered the correct information I was seeking. I rarely stray from my to-do list. It’s just not part of my Virgo Being. This time however, the thought was so strong, I went in search of the MVB and after a brief stop at the fire hall to check and see if I was headed in the right direction, I was soon at the correct destination. In no time at all, I had the correct address affixed to the back of my license. And…that’s how the nice young man knew where to find me! My driver’s license address was up to date.
I’m grateful it was such a nice, honest young man who found my purse.
I’m grateful that he took the time to find me.
I’m grateful that my wallet was intact.
I’m grateful that the Universe sent me that very strong thought on the previous Friday to stop what I was doing and go to the Motor Vehicle Branch.
Is the Universe friendly to me? Yes
Is the Universe conspiring on my behalf to bring me ALL that is for my highest good? Yes!
Hey folks, it’s supposed to be like this when you live your life with gratitude and appreciation.
Until next time, Gizelle
From Negative Vibe to Positive Vibe
I hope you’ve been doing the little “track your vibe” exercise I mentioned in my July 08th post. You simply cannot affectively become a deliberate attractor unless you develop awareness of your vibe. I’ve been around students of the Law of Attraction for years and there are always those students who “get it” and those that don’t. The ones that don’t are missing “it” because they’ve missed out this crucial step. Track your vibe! Don’t just say you’ll do it, make a commitment to yourself that you absolutely will do it for one week. Accept no excuses from yourself.
OK, I’m going to assume that lots of you reading my blog have been tracking your vibe. So the next logical question that comes up is this. If my vibe is negative, how do I change it to a positive vibe instead?
This simple little exercise will only take you a few minutes to do and you’ll soon be able to use this tool every day to deliberately transform your vibes from negative to positive.
Take out a fresh piece of paper and make a list of all kinds of things that make you feel good. Think about activities, memories, song lyrics, or an experience you had with someone special. Make the list as long as you can.
Next, I want you to select your absolute most favourite thing to do and simply ask yourself to re-enact it in your mind. See how it only takes a few seconds to go there in your mind. Now I want you to close your eyes and really put yourself in the scene that’s running in your mind. Don’t watch the scene—actually put yourself right into it. Look through your eyes. Hear with your ears. Feel with your skin. Touch with your hands. Do this for a few short moments.
Guess what? That’s all you have to do to change your vibe from a negative one to a positive one. Just pick a scenario from that list and recreate it in your mind. It only takes a couple of minutes.
This works because of two facts. Number one is that the Law of Attraction can’t distinguish between real experiences or mind experiences. All it does it respond to your vibration and your vibration will change as you do this exercise.
The other fact is that the Law of Attraction only works in the “now”. This means that you can only hold one vibration at a time. You can’t give off negative vibes and positive vibes as the same time. The Law of Attraction doesn’t keep score.
Carry your “Feeling Good List” around with you for a few days. Don’t leave it in your pocket or purse. Take it out anytime you track your vibe and find out you are emitting a negative vibe. You’ll love the relief that changing your vibe creates.
Stop and make your list right now. It will only take a few minutes and you’ll have created an invaluable tool to change your vibe.
Remember, you always attract what you vibe!
Thanks for joining me.
Gratitude Creats VERY Positive Vibes
The consensus among teachers of the Law of Attraction is that giving gratitude creates the highest frequency of vibrations. This is why giving gratitude is such a powerful attractor.
Tool: A Gratitude Journal
For the next few weeks, take 15-30 minutes at the close of your day and write down one dozen things you are grateful for. Be sure to review every area of your life; relationships, finances, work, health, recreation, and anything else that pops up. As you examine each of these areas in your life, create an attitude of gratitude and you’ll be amazed at how much you have to be grateful for. As you express gratitude for what you have right now, you are sending a vibe out into the universe and more to be grateful for will flow into your life. It’s that easy but you have to do the work. You have to take action and pick up your pen or pencil and DO the exercise. You know, the difference between dreamers and achievers is that the dreamers say, “Uh huh, I’ll do that,” and they just do it in the heads. The achievers say, “Uh huh, I’ll do that,” and they TAKE THE ACTION NECESSARY to do the exercise. Guess who will be the most successful deliberate attractor!
Gratitude strengthens your positive vibe. Practice gratitude and you’ll receive wonderful vibrational benefits.
Law of Attraction meets Ho'oponopono
The book is called, Zero Limits, The Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More, by Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len, PhD. It explores the ancient Hawaiian teachings of Ho'oponopono.
What is Ho'oponopono?
Definition: Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian problem solving process updated for today's use by Morrnah Halamaku Simeona, Kahuna Lapa'au, recognized as a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983. It is composed of three elements; repentance, forgiveness of self, and transmutation. Petitions initiated by the Conscious Mind are sent to Divine Intelligence to void memories to re-establish Self I-Dentity. It begins in the Conscious Mind.
In other words, Ho'oponopono is a self-help methodology that removes the mental obstacles that block your path, freeing your mind to find new and unexpected ways to get what you want out of life. It clears out unconsciously accepted beliefs, thoughts, and memories that you don't even know are holding you back.
The book was easy to read and well-written. I was enjoying myself immensely until I got to page 174 and read the following by Joe Vitale.
“One thing bothered me about my work with Dr. Hew Len. As I kept growing and having insights, I worried that all my previous books were wrong and were going to mislead people. In The Attraction Factor, for example, I praised the power of intentions. Now, years after writing that book, I knew intention is a fool’s game, and ego’s toy, and that the real source of power is inspiration. I also now knew that agreeing to life is the great secret to happiness, not controlling life. Too many people, myself included, were visualizing and affirming in order to manipulate the world. I now knew that isn’t necessary. You’re better off going with the flow while constantly cleaning whatever comes up.”
Guess what book I just put down moments before picking up this one? That’s right! The Attraction Factor, my brain still soaking up its 5 key steps (p.176).
1. Know what you don’t want.
2. Select what you do want.
3. Clear all negative or limiting beliefs.
4. Feel what it would be like to have, do, or be what you want.
5. Let go as you act on your intuitive impulses, and all the results to manifest.
Written in 2005, Joe Vitale teaches in step 4 to, among other things, use affirmations and attach passionate feeling to imagery to anchor new thoughts into your subconscious mind, replacing old thought patterns that no longer serve to help you attract the people and circumstances you want in your life. And on p.177, he states,
“…state your intentions and let the world arrange itself to bring your goals to you.”
All the master teachers of Law of Attraction teach a similar process using different key words and phrases to get you to the same goal; deliberately attracting more of what you really want and less of what you don’t.
So here I am, soaking up a familiar methodology taught with Joe Vitale’s wonderful passion and flare one day and then, within 24 hours, I’m closing the pages of his brand new book on Ho’oponopono, closing my eyes and regrouping my thoughts, trying to get my bearings on this new self-help process that throws intention out the door and calls imagery, visualizing and affirmations unnecessary.
I must admit, I had to sit with all of this for a good long time and carry it around with me all day, returning to the book time after time to reread key passages…slowly…ever so slowly integrating it and melding it with the processes and methodologies I practice every day.
The hardest part for me is reading that visualizations and affirmations aren’t necessary. I’m very visual and I love the hope I get from my quiet time of daily visualizations. Right now, less than a day after closing the book, I have decided that although they may not be necessary, I’m going to continue using visualizations because they make me feel good AND I’m going to also use Ho’oponopono for each scenario I visualize about. In other words, I’m going to integrate the new with the old until I build up some trust and belief in Ho’oponopono.
I like the last sentence of this selection from this new book about being “…better off to go with the flow…” because that is precisely what I’ve been experimenting with for the last couple of months; giving myself permission to select activities and tasks according to how ‘in the flow’ they make me feel has really kept my vibe strongly positive for longer periods of time.
So, today is the first day of the rest of my life and today I used Ho’oponopono many, many times whenever I was aware of a negative thought or situation arising in my being. Stay tuned as I continue to make the shift into this new paradigm.

Tracking Your Vibe
A powerful universal law called the Law of Attraction attracts into your life (Your Energy Space), other things that vibrate at the same frequency. Like attracts like so whatever you give your attention, energy and focus to, the Law of Attraction always works obediently to send you more of the same, whether you want it or don’t want it.
We are vibrational beings connected to and interacting with a vast Universe of energy. How can you tell what vibe you are sending out? You gain awareness of your vibe by noticing how you feel. We express lots and lots of emotions through the course of a day but we can divide them into two major categories. They leave us feeling good or feeling bad; positive or negative. So when you check in with yourself, if you feel good you are emitting a positive vibe. If you feel bad you‘re sending out a negative vibration.
It’s important to know what vibe you are sending out because you are attracting more of the same. Most of us haven’t developed an ongoing awareness of our feelings so let’s start here and learn a simple exercise to help us accomplish new awareness.
Tracking my vibe.
At the beginning of your day, pick a color that you are likely to see a few times throughout the day. Let’s use pink as an example. Put a loose elastic band on one of your wrists. Each time you notice the color pink check in with yourself and identify what you are feeling. Your role is simply to observe. Each time you remember to check in, change the elastic band to the other wrist. Do this for at least 21 days. Soon you will develop a new habit of automatically tracking your vibe throughout each day. This is very important because now you can opt to change your vibe if you notice you are sending out a negative vibe.
Y.E.S. Your Energy Space
When you place your attention, energy and focus on something, you generate an energy field. All human beings generate a distinct energy field around their physical body. The energy field around your physical body attracts matching energy into your life whether you want it or not. I call it the Y.E.S. (YOUR ENERGY SPACE) because it is a powerful reminder that everything in your current life has been attracted to you by your past thoughts. And “YES!” is the answer to the most important question you will keep asking yourself.
“Did I attract this?”
“YES!”
Your Energy Space surrounding your physical body created vibrations that match everything showing up in your life.
By learning to apply the principles of the Law of Attraction DELIBERATELY you can attract more of what you want in life and less of what you don’t want.
The Law of Attraction works on principles of Quantum Physics. In a nutshell, our world, when broken down to its smallest component, is comprised of energy waves or vibes. Your energy space (Y.E.S.) sends out vibes that vibrate at different frequencies, much like radio waves with a magnetic charge to them. It is the nature of these frequencies to attract to themselves vibes of identical frequencies to form clusters or fields of energy that continue to attract other clusters or fields that resonant with the same vibe or frequency. Eventually these energy fields show up in your current life as people and experiences.
Like attracts like and this includes our thoughts. They are vibratory, and therefore, highly changeable clusters of energy. We are vibrational beings constantly interacting with a vast expanse of universal energy. The Law of Attraction governs your vibrational world and causes more of what you have been vibrating to move towards you, whether you want it or not and whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not.
To get what we want, we must train ourselves to be IN CONTROL of our thoughts. Otherwise, virtually everything that shows up in our lives does so because our subconscious mind is running the show.
When you learn how to deliberately manage your Y.E.S. (Your Energy Space) you learn how to control what your Y.E.S. is magnetically pulling towards you. In short, what you vibrate is what you get in life.
The fundamental key to deliberately applying the Law of Attraction successfully is to always remember that it’s all about vibes.
Hi, glad you’ve stopped by to check out my blog. The Vibe-Viewpoint focuses on the Law of Attraction and how it can be applied to everyday life by regular folks like you and I. I’m a copy-editor and ghostwriter who has specialized in researching and writing about this topic for the last four years. I’ve written and edited for some master teachers of Law of Attraction like Michael J. Losier, author of The Law of Attraction, The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t.
I was the type of kid that loved to find out how things worked. In my adult years, I’ve searched for a belief system based on a universal principle that would answer the most fundamental question of all, “How does life work?” After studying many religions and spiritual practices I discovered the Law of Attraction. And at last I found my answer, “Everything that exists in life is comprised of energy that vibrates at different frequencies. It is the nature of these vibes to attract other energy resonating at the same frequency.”
I’ve researched and written exclusively about this law for the last 4 years and can state unequivocally that all questions about things work (and how people work) can be answered by the principles of this universal law. The Law of Attraction works all the time, on all things (including you)!
The Vibe-Viewpoint will contain posts that introduce the theory of the Law of Attraction for beginners and expand to more in-depth teachings for people like me who like to delve deeper.
I will also be posting a journal of day to day experiences I have as I continue to learn and apply the principles of the Law of Attraction to my daily life.
So…welcome to The Vibe-Viewpoint, a blog that explores and interprets every day life from the perspective of a vibrational being living and interacting with a vast universe of energy (vibes).
